Welcome to DMV PT LLC! These policies govern your use of our personal training and online coaching services. By purchasing any of our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
Refund and Cancelation Policy
Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your contract with DMV PT LLC under the following conditions:
- Right of Cancellation (3-Day Cancel): You may cancel your contract within three business days of purchase and receive a full refund of any payments made unless sessions have been used then you will receive the balance remaining.
- Relocation or Business Closure: If the facility relocates or goes out of business and fails to provide comparable services within ten driving miles of the original location, you may cancel the contract.
- Medical or Death: If you become physically unable to use the services for 30 or more consecutive days, or in the event of your death, you may cancel the contract with appropriate documentation from your doctor sent to ptinfo@dmvpt.com.
- Non-Refundable Services: All payments for services rendered, including personal training and fitness coaching, are non-refundable except in cases of military orders or medical incapacitation.
